About the Role:
SQC Solutions is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor/Inspector to join our team in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you'll lead a hardworking custodial crew, ensuring facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate custodial staff to maintain consistent cleaning standards
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure quality control and compliance
- Assign daily cleaning tasks and manage staff schedules and workflows
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and performance reports
- Communicate with clients and management regarding facility cleanliness and service quality
Requirements:
- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control inspection skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and OSHA safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

- Fill in when employees call out
